RULES AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
Please respect the countryside and the wildlife. Competitors must not trespass on private land or, if in the Nature Park, must only use the designated footpaths.
Entrants must not be professional photographers or earning an income from photography.
Each photograph must have been taken by the named entrant.
All photographs must have been taken within the Consall Valley or the Churnet Valley between Cheddleton and Froghall.
Entries shall be no larger than A4 and on photographic paper or mounted on card. They may have additional borders up to 38mm
The judge(s) decisions for both the exhibition and the prizes will be final.
The organisers guarantee NOT to deliberately divulge any competitors details.
The organisers are unable to return any of the photographs unless specific arrangements have been made by the entrant or an entrants representative.
Photographs may be collected from the Consall Visitor centre immediately after the winners are announced on Sunday the 30th of October 2011 and for the following two weeks, by arrangement, from Wildacres, Consall. Telephone: 01782 550258.
Any photographs not collected by the end of December 2011 may be disposed off.
Copyright for the photographs remains with the entrant but the right to use the photograph for publicity or fund-raising purposes is assumed by The Friends of Consall.
